HITT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and is fast becoming one of the most popular ways to work out.
Why should we do it?
It’s awesome because you work out for a shorter amount of time, gaining the benefits of spending a few hours in the gym!
How does it work?
You use a timer, called a Tabata timer (you can download one for free) and then set it to working at certain intervals, eg. 45 sec full on exercise, then 15 sec complete rest. Then you repeat this sequence using the exercises in the card pack. And the best part is…you only need 20-30 minutes of this a day to gain the same results of doing a few hours of cardio in the gym. Working at your full potential and then completely resting in between, fires up your metabolism, and keeps it running for up to 24 hours.
